Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day refund guarantee. The 14 days begin as soon as the order is received.

Please contact us on connect.trublu@gmail.com to make a return.

In your email please include your full name and order number with the reason for the return.

How do I request a return?

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags attached, in it's original packaging.

All items will be inspected once it has been received, we will notify you if your return has been approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. If we believe the item has been worn or is not in the condition sent no refund will be authorised.

Faulty / Incorrect item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, be sure to save all packaging. Any item that needs to be returned must be returned to us before a replacement can be sent.

You will be require to provide photos of the damaged item, including the packaging. Photos help accelerate the process of assessing the issue and organisng a replacement as qucik as possible.

Please note - We advise all returned items to be sent tracked delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive the items, we will not be held repsonsible for any lost or damaged parcels you have sent.
